    About Palmilla ChaRters

    The Palmilla is a brand-new, fully custom 60-foot catamaran built to cruise San Diego Bay in style, with capacity for up to 70 passengers. The open-deck design features 8' ceilings and a flexible layout that converts from a dance floor and party deck into an elegant seated dinner setup for up to 50 guests.

    Onboard, a premium 10-speaker VOID Acoustics sound system runs entirely on battery power, no generator noise, vibration, or fumes. Professional Pioneer DJ equipment is built directly into the booth, so your DJ can plug in and go.

    Built on a wide-beam catamaran hull that exceeds USCG safety standards, The Palmilla will offer bow and stern sun lounging, two onboard bathrooms, and comfortable seated capacity for 50 — design, capability, and value in one boat.

    Trips embark from 2803 Emerson St, San Diego, CA 92106.

    The charter can go really anywhere you like within San Diego Bay. Normally we cruise by all of the major sights and monuments between Point Loma and Downtown San Diego, and then under the Coronado Bridge.

    The deposit is 15% of the total cost. This must be paid upon booking. The final payment, plus gratuity, is due 15 days before your departure date. If payment is not received within 72 hours of departure, your charter will be canceled.

    Drone Filming: Guest-operated drones are prohibited. The Palmilla operates in a dynamic no-fly zone, with extremely limited legal launch points. Drone footage is available only through Palmilla-provided pilots who coordinate directly with the captain to obtain required shots. Fees apply. DSLR / Production Filming: All professional filming equipment requires prior administrative approval. The Palmilla must be listed as additionally insured on the production's insurance policy. Filming intended for distribution is prohibited without explicit authorization. Cell phone photos and videos are permitted.

    Every charter includes a USCG-certified captain, 2-3 friendly crew members, a beer and wine bar, two bathrooms, premium VOID Acoustics sound system with Bluetooth, and lifejackets.

    Currently our regular charter pricing starts at $800/hour with a 3 hour minimum. Dinner parties start at $1,100/hour with a 2 hour minimum.

    The Palmilla is a 60′ Catamaran which provides a very smooth, stable ride. While it is still possible to get seasick, it is a rare occurrence.

    The max capacity is 70, and there is seating for about 50 passengers.

    Yes, we have a liquor license and typically serve beer, wine, seltzers, and canned cocktails. If you'd like custom craft cocktails, we also have partnerships with mixologists as an add-on.

    Yes, up to 7 children are allowed on the boat. Our children's life jackets fit children weighing between 10 and 90 lbs.
